At the training facility, Adrenaline Unleashed instructors instill the basic fundamentals of pro wrestling in men, women, and teens, 12-years of age and up. In addition to the high impact curriculum, Adrenaline Unleashed teaches other facets of the wrestling industry as it relates to managing, valet, referee, production, marketing, and overall joint/self promotion.

The Adrenaline Unleashed Training Schedule is:
Monday: 7:00pm - 10:00pm
Tuesday: 7:00pm - 10:00pm
Wednesday: 7:00pm - 10:00pm
Thursday: 7:00pm - 10:00pm
Saturday: 1:00pm - 3:00pm
Childrens memberships (12-16 years) are available.
A fun and exciting growing class that is physical and demanding while focused  on building character, confidence, and respect. Adrenaline Unleashed focuses its youth to stay in school by promoting to its students discounted monthly gym dues if a certain grade point average is met and maintained. The philosophy taken is that “you can’t be successful in reaching the goals of being a pro wrestler if you don’t begin the journey with being successful in school.”
